About Feyt

Feyt was created out of a simple belief: smaller businesses deserve the same quality of thinking and problem solving that large corporations get, but in a way that is practical, affordable, and actually useful.

After years in Big Four consulting, I saw how often large companies could absorb inefficiency, wasted time, and unresolved friction simply because there was always another priority waiting behind it. I wanted to build something different, where the work is more personal, the impact is clearer, and better systems can make a real difference for the people running the business.

Do I need to know exactly what service I need?

No. Many clients start with a general issue, such as missed follow up, too much admin work, or poor

visibility into what is happening. We help identify the right starting point.

Are prices fixed?

Some services have fixed starting prices because the setup is repeatable. Larger workflow, CRM,

reporting, or operations projects are quoted after a short review so the scope fits the business.

Do I need to change all of my current tools?

No. The goal is usually to improve how your current tools and workflows operate before adding

unnecessary software.

Do you only work on AI systems?

No. Feyt is a business systems and operations consulting company. AI is one tool we may use when it is useful, but the work can also include process improvement, CRM setup, lead follow up, admin workflow cleanup, reporting, tool selection, handoffs, and broader operational support.

What happens on the first call?
